CTQ Consultants Ltd.is providing civil engineering services and landscape architectural design for the proposed estate lot and day spa hospitality development at a bare land parcel adjacent to Trepanier Regional Park in Peachland. The potential yield of the property will be approximately 20 estate lots of two acres in size each and a Scandinavian-style spa with a capacity to accommodate 100 users available to day visitors and residents of the estate lots.

We are developing 3 concepts for the client’s consideration on the existing parcel configuration, with option development that will be conducted in collaboration with the owner through an interactive workshop/charette with specialists in civil engineering, transportation engineering, urban design and site servicing.

CTQ is creating a landscape concept plan that will include, landscape treatment along site perimeter of the estate lots and the concept plan for the day spa portion.
