Beach Avenue is a condo development in Peachland, BC. This project involves the design of the soft and hard landscaping. The CTQ landscape architecture team is ensuring a holistic integration between built form and the landscape.

The street frontage design is integral to creating a curb appeal and responding to the nature of the current street feel of surrounding properties. Central green space to be treated without the storm water pond and consideration of a zen-type garden and green “lung” through the development. Certain trees have been noted for retention on the site, and the trail connection around the rear of the site is to be retained and surfaced with asphalt. The rest of the landscape treatment is contemporary and complimentary of the architecture and style of the development.
