The Tower Ranch site development for this golf resort and master-planned community of 800 homes provides a significant addition to the City of Kelowna’s infrastructure. New roadways and utilities serve not only this site, but also adjacent areas of the city. CTQ provided services to the partnership of Intrawest, Dilworth Homes, Aberdeen Golf and the Tower family. Stan Tower found his roots – and meaning – in Kelowna’s uplands location of never-ending skies and powerful views.
The main spine road to the golf club house (McCurdy Road extension) was designed to provide an innovative mix of residential, golf, and commercial access functions. Some of the important waterworks which were designed and constructed includes:
