Matt has been involved in all aspects of municipal engineering and land development including right from the start with topographic survey, to site grading and servicing along with, municipal infrastructure, pump stations and roadway improvements. He has extensive experience working with both large industrial and buildings projects in both the traditional and non‐traditional delivery systems. Matt's career started in the construction field predominantly in heavy civil projects and he has traveled and worked around the world gaining experience in many aspects of engineering around the globe. Matt's enthusiasm in working with people to accomplish common goals along with his business skills has enabled him to become the managing partner of this very dynamic consulting company.

David is the principal Transportation Engineer for CTQ Consultants Ltd. He has gained significant transportation system planning, design and construction experience over the past 20 years. Prior to joining CTQ in the winter of 2006, David spent 3 years with Stantec Consulting in Kelowna, 15 years with Earth Tech (Reid Crowther) in Kelowna and 4 years with the Ministry of Transportation and Highways Bridge Engineering Department. David has also works as Bridge Construction Supervisor throughout the Province.

Harry is a senior design technologist with responsibility for design and drafting of various civil projects for private and public sector clients. He has experience in completing projects involving the implementation of geographic information systems technology, global positioning system technology, and earthworks modeling. Another of Harry’s areas of expertise, he also manages the computer network system for CTQ Consultants Ltd.

GEORGE JENNINGS GISP, AdvDipl(GIS)

George is a results oriented Information Management professional with many years of experience in Geographic Information Systems. He has excellent leadership skills, strong project management, financial, communication, and presentation skills and currently works in the capacity of Natural Resources Division Manager for CTQ.

George has a diverse array of clients, including First Nations groups, all levels of government and tenure holders (oil and gas, mining, forestry, sustainable energy) assisting them in identifying significant economic, social, and ecological activities and values related to land and resource use.

George has extensive experience in developing services and customizing applications for First Nations information management systems and has worked on traditional land use strategic planning initiatives for several nations.

Ed has worked in the field of Municipal Planning and Land Development for 30 years. His experience throughout Western Canada has included various scales of projects ranging from large multiple use master plans to commercial and industrial sites. He has also conducted numerous studies to help test feasibility, site location analysis, and to gain approvals for developers. His private sector project experience has been complemented by a vast amount of work in municipal planning policy and urban design. His particular areas of interest and passion include resort area development planning, regional tourism and recreation, downtown/commercial area revitalization and economic development strategies.
