It all started in a coffee shop in Kelowna in 2003. Founding partners Gord Savage and Matt Cameron had to come up with a name en route to setting up the company with legal counsel. They came up with what they believed to be the core values for a top consulting company, Cost Time and Quality..CTQ consultants was named!

After working in several other engineering and planning companies in the Central Okanagan and moving up the corporate ladder to top management, Matt and Gord felt there was something missing in their careers. They believed that it was time to get back to working directly with their clients in an innovative, creative and sustainable manner, creating solutions to complex problems. The results were better than they expected with over 85% of past clients following them over to CTQ.
